Citrus Glazed Grilled Fish

Prep and Cooking Time




  • 4 fish filets (such as trout or bass)

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup lime juice

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • ½ tsp Yaji Na’a

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • Salt and Yaji Suya to taste

  • Sliced green onions for garnish


  • In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, Yaji Na’a, grated ginger, salt, and Yaji chili powder to create the glaze.
  • Place the fish filets in a shallow dish and pour half of the glaze over them. Marinate for about 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the fish filets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, brushing with the remaining citrus glaze during cooking.
  • Remove from the grill and garnish with sliced green onions.
  • Serve the citrus glazed grilled fish with your favorite side dishes.
