  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the flour, softened butter, and powdered sugar to form a crumbly mixture.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of an 8 inch greased baking dish to form the crust.
  • Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until lightly golden.j
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, Yaji Kanafuru, lemon juice, and lemon zest until well combined.
  • Steep the dried hibiscus petals in hot water for a few minutes. Strain and add the hibiscus infusion to the lemon mixture.
  • Pour the hibiscus mixture over the baked crust.
  • Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  • Let it cool before cutting into bars.
