Spiced Grilled Shrimp Skewers

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 tbsp Yaji Na’a

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water


  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  • Brush the shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle Yaji Na’a, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Remove from the grill and serve the spiced grilled shrimp skewers as an appetizer or main dish.
