Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered

  • 1 tbsp Yaji Veggie Blend

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and Yaji Suya to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss baby potatoes with Yaji Veggie Blend, olive oil, salt and Yaji Suya to taste.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Garnish the Yaji roasted potatoes with fresh parsley before serving.
