Yaji Spiced Sweet Potato Hash

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 1 tbsp Yaji Veggie Blend

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 red onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and Yaji Suya to taste

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add diced sweet potatoes and Yaji Veggie Blend to the skillet. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  • Add diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  • Season with salt and Yaji Suya.
  • Serve the Yaji spiced sweet potato hash as a hearty and flavorful breakfast or side dish.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro.
