Grilled Veggie Suya Skewers

Prep and Cooking Time




  • Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, etc.), cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp Yaji Veggie blend

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and Suya Grill Rub to taste

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water


  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix Yaji Veggie blend, olive oil, salt, & pepper. Add Yaji Suya to taste.
  • Thread the vegetable chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  • Brush the vegetable skewers with the Yaji spice mixture.
  • Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are charred and tender.
  • Serve the Yaji grilled veggie skewers as a flavorful side dish or appetizer.
